PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for the product or service you purchase will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation e-mail.
Payment must be received by us before acceptance of an order. We accept payments via Stripe for all purchases. You represent and warrant that the credit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete, you are duly authorised to use such credit card for the purchase, charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final therefore no refunds or returns are permitted. Please therefore ensure you are 100% committed to your purchase before completing the sale.
LICENSE USAGE
Francesca Sparaco t/a Sparky Lab grants each customer one non-transferable license(s) to use the design for internal use.
The customer may not sell the originally-purchased license key provided by Sparky Lab to other users of the license (such as clients) for commercial benefit. Additionally, the customer may not sublicense, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the software or license key.
PAYMENT PLAN
If you choose the payment plan option, you are required by law to complete your plan. Your second payment will be automatically taken from your account one month after the date of your purchase.
Francesca Sparaco t/a Sparky Lab reserves the right to lawfully recover any outstanding monies owed.
